These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the SignArt Queensland website and our signage design, manufacturing and installation services. By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to these terms.Services SignArt Queensland provides custom signage solutions including design, production and installation of signs for commercial, retail, industrial and other clients throughout South East Queensland. All services are subject to availability and our acceptance of your order.Quotes and Pricing All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST unless stated. Final pricing may vary if the scope of work changes after a quote is accepted.Orders and Payment Orders are confirmed upon receipt of a signed quote or purchase order and a deposit payment as agreed. Full payment is required prior to delivery or installation unless a credit account has been approved. We reserve the right to pause work on any order where payment is overdue.Design and Artwork If you supply artwork, you warrant that you have the right to use it and that it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights. SignArt Queensland retains ownership of any original designs we create unless otherwise agreed in writing.Delivery and Installation Delivery and installation timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by weather, site access and third-party factors. We will notify you of any significant delays. You are responsible for ensuring the installation site is accessible and prepared as required.Warranties and Liability Our signage products carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use conditions. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, environmental factors or unauthorised modifications. Our liability is limited to the value of the goods or services supplied.Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
